Just the Birth, Ma'am
For people who have done it all before (Yes, that is a picture of oxytocin, the love hormone).
- This option is for people who have already had at least two positive vaginal birth experiences and primarily need support and doula services during labour and birth
- Not suitable for first time parents or VBACs, although there are some exceptions for unexpected emergencies
- On call from 37 weeks
- Continuous labour & birth support
- Includes a free coffee consultation to discuss your birth plan and get to know each other

Postpartum Services
- I provide postpartum doula services throughout greater Montreal, South Shore, Laval and the West Island
- Designed to get you accustomed to your new "normal". Each visit is 3-4 hours
- You can choose how I can best help, be it with breastfeeding, teaching you about baby care, food preparation and more
- Minimum booking 6 hours (2 visits), lower hourly rate if you book more than 12 hours at a time. You can get an idea of my schedule on my Doula Match profile

Lactation Preparation
An in-depth look at all aspects of breastfeeding. Because so much of a positive breastfeeding experience is based on knowing what to expect!
- A two-part prenatal lactation course of 4 hours total

- How the non-lactating partner can best offer support
- What to do if nothing goes according to plan
- Can be bundled with pre-natal classes
